Welcome to Mojo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the Mojo iOS application (the "App").
  
1. Data Collection and Storage
Mojo is designed to be lean, fast, and private.

Local Storage: By default, your habit data, completed tasks, and "Mojo level" progress are stored locally on your device.

iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud syncing, your data is securely synced across your devices using your personal Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

2. HealthKit Integration (Optional)
If you choose to integrate Mojo with Apple HealthKit (to track health and fitness habits automatically), the App will request read and/or write access to your health data.

We do not transmit your HealthKit data to any external servers.

Your HealthKit data is used solely within the App to update your habit tracking and Mojo levels.

We do not sell or share HealthKit data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Analytics and Crash Reporting
To help us improve the App, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data and crash reports through Apple’s built-in App Analytics (if you have opted-in via your iOS device settings). This data contains no personally identifiable information.

4. Parental Controls and Screen Time (Pro+ Version)
Future versions of Mojo may utilize Apple's Screen Time API to manage app access based on habit completion. This data is managed strictly through Apple's secure framework on your device. We do not monitor, record, or transmit which specific apps you or your family members are using.

5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
